The"Pistobar" answers the constraints of the law Seveso II which forbids to use deflagrants products in the circles at risks.

This pistol contains no electric element in its conception or for its functioning.

The pistol stops when the barrel is full thanks to its automatic stop. Finished overflowing!

For strong alcohols, all the parts of the pistol in touch with the product are steel stainless.

For the wines, or the other liquids, the body is in POMC..

Thanks to its removable foot adaptable to any sorts of horizontal barrel, you will not any more need to maintain it.

Pistobar can funtionne by gravity or with pumps equipped with a by-pass or with a pressostat.

The stop (ruling) being automatic, the user can proceed to other operations during the filling.

Due to its conception (design), it generates not much foam effect.

No element slowing down the passage of the liquid, it offers according to your pump, an importing flow allowing you to perform a barrel of 350 Liters within 2 minutes.

FUNCTION :

Filling of barrels or barrels(trunks) with automatic stop(ruling) as soon as the packaging is full.

DESCRIPTION :

The pistol is autonomous and works by differential pressure owed at the level of the liquid in the barrel.

It is equipped with a visual witness of stop.

PERFORMANCES :

The pistol works by gravity, by pneumatic and quite typical push of pump equipped with a pressostat or with a by-pass.

The time of filling of a 350 liters barrel is of 1 min 30 seconds according to the flow of the pump or the height of liquid in the tank.

QUALITATIVE ADVANTAGES :

The pistol is auto-washable.

All the parts in touch with the product are steel stainless for brandies, steel stainless and POM-C for wines of degree lower than 18 °.
